    市场美食:当地人真正吃饭的地方

    Hai Duong 中心市场 (Cho Hai Duong)

    营业时间为早上 5 点到 9 点,下午 3 点到晚上 7 点再次开放。这里是这座城市真正的脊梁。别指望能获得什么游客体验——这里没有英文招牌,也没有过塑的精美菜单。你看到的是卖糯米饭的老奶奶、提着一筐筐新鲜螃蟹的摊贩,以及节奏飞快的早餐柜台。

    沿着外圈走一走,寻找早餐:金属大锅里按重量出售的绿豆糯米饭("xoi xanh"),通常每份 20,000–30,000 VND。拿个塑料小板凳,坐在拼桌旁,或者干脆站着吃——这就是市场的节奏。

    螃蟹区(左后角)

    Hai Duong 的螃蟹交易可是相当认真的。篮子里装着活蟹,金属盆里放着刚煮熟的螃蟹。摊贩会敲开一只,按重量把蟹肉卖给你。一把蟹肉的价格在 80,000–120,000 VND 左右。拿着它去随便一家汤粉摊,让他们当场为你做一碗香草螃蟹汤。

    值得寻觅的招牌美食

    Banh Canh Cua(螃蟹木薯面汤)

    这绝对是必吃的一道菜。用木薯粉制成的浓稠淀粉面条,浸泡在富含新鲜蟹肉、猪骨和黑木耳的高汤中。这是最纯粹的治愈系美食——没有花哨的噱头,只有扎实的烹饪技巧和上乘的食材品质。

    去哪里找:

    • Banh Canh Anh Dung(Tran Hung Dao 街后面的小巷):一家经营了 15 年的家庭摊位。一大碗 50,000 VND。没有电话,也没有招牌。向当地人打听“banh canh noi cua”,他们会给你指路。
    • Banh Canh Linh(Nguyen Trai 街,靠近市场):对游客稍微友好一些;价格相同,每碗的蟹肉略少一点,但品质可靠。

    如果有的话,点“cua buoi”(新鲜肉蟹),而不是“cua canh”(蟹钳)——多花 10,000 VND 升级绝对物超所值。

    Com Tam Cua(螃蟹碎米饭)

    碎米饭(与 Saigon 标志性的 com tam 基础相同),上面铺满新鲜蟹肉、炸红葱头和一个单面煎蛋。虽然不如 Saigon 版本的名气大,但这里的螃蟹更新鲜。预计花费 60,000–80,000 VND。

    去哪里吃:

    • 中心市场内的摊位,仅限早晨(早上 5 点–8 点)。
    • Com Tam No(Nguyen Trai 街):更固定的店铺,营业时间为早上 6 点–下午 2 点,也供应螃蟹糯米饭。

    Hu Tieu(清汤木薯面)

    Hai Duong 的版本偏向南方风格(Saigon),而不是 Hue 的版本。清淡的猪骨高汤、细木薯面条、猪肝、虾和青菜。这是一道早餐菜肴,通常搭配“banh mi”(酥脆的法棍三明治)一起食用。

    价格:在市场或小巷清晨的任何摊位,每碗 25,000–35,000 VND。

    Nem Chua(酸猪肉卷)

    与 Hanoi 版本相比,Hai Duong 的发酵猪肉卷味道更浓烈、更酸,甜味更少。当地人会从市场摊贩那里按个购买,搭配新鲜香草和蘸酱一起吃。每个 5,000–8,000 VND。

    最佳去处:中心市场,靠近入口的摊位。

    Cha Ca(鱼饼串)

    串在竹签上的小炸鱼饼,可作为小吃或配饭食用。比 Hanoi 的街头小吃便宜,每串 3,000–5,000 VND。通常由卖 nem chua 的同一批摊贩出售。

    避坑指南(游客陷阱)

    Hai Duong 市中心沿着 Tran Phu 街(主干道)有几家专门针对游客的餐厅。同样的菜品,他们收费是市场价的 2 到 3 倍,更糟糕的是——他们会把汤底兑水,用冷冻虾代替新鲜虾,还会额外加糖以迎合国际口味。避开那些门面很大、摆着塑料椅子的连锁店,比如“Pho Hai Duong”。真正的美味藏在市场里或没有名字的小巷中。

    饮品搭配

    Hai Duong 不像 Da Lat 那样是一座咖啡之城,但你随处都能找到浓郁的越南咖啡("ca phe sua da"——炼乳冰咖啡)。街边摊的价格为 10,000–15,000 VND。在 Tran Hung Dao 街上,手工“bia hoi”(新鲜生啤)也越来越受欢迎。现打的一杯只需 8,000–12,000 VND,和螃蟹简直是绝配。

    实用建议

    从 Hanoi 乘坐小巴前往 Hai Duong 市需要 1.5 小时(Gia Lam 车站,50,000 VND),从 Ha Long 出发则需要 45 分钟。美食主要集中在中心市场(早上 5 点–8 点去选择最多),也散布在 Tran Hung Dao 街和 Nguyen Trai 街附近的小巷里。大多数摊位在午后关闭,并在下午 5 点左右重新开放供应晚餐。请带上现金——这里没有刷卡机。一顿包含 banh canh、一份新鲜香草配菜和一杯咖啡的丰盛大餐大约花费 70,000–100,000 VND。早点去,站着吃,别指望有英文菜单。
